So far, it's a nice kit that isn't outrageously expensive.

I got the Onyx cargo bib shorts. Super comfortable and no stitch tearing. I also got the Splash jersey. Zipper works great.

I did get my sizes (XXL in Jersey and XL in bibs) and while it all fits, it runs a bit small so you might size up.

They're out of Austria but have a DC in the United States. I can't figure out where exactly the apparel is made though.

Anyone else ever tried NeoPro?

I'm not sure. I don't know if they do custom and that's what you mean right? If so, I'd look into Black Bibs or Aero Tech Designs.
