How would you all rate typical SAG stops at organized bike rides?

Do you think SAG stops need more options? Is it enough? Is it not enough?

What would you change if you were in charge of a SAG stop for an organized bike ride or even a race?

IMO SAG stops are always fantastic! It's more about the volunteers giving their time to help sweaty MAMILs not completely fall apart between the stops. I don't typically stop as most rides can be done on 3ish bottles which i can pack on me.

There is always food and water, I'm not sure what else we would need.

You're right. It really is about those who volunteer to run them more than anything else :)
