    I use the freewheel and my voice most of the time. A simple "Coming by on your left" works pretty well. If that doesn't work out then their headphones are up too loud and wont hear me anyway.

    I like the courses feature to navigate in areas that I'm not typically in. Training is a different story though, I have other platforms for that.

    Unnecessary Bike Gear

    If you're eating them then i think you're good. I would say eating around 200 calories an hour should be ideal if you're riding over 90 minutes.

    I try to keep my bikes in good shape so i avoid riding in the rain as much as i can. I am driving down to Vienna to pick up a set of rollers today. Trying to find motivation to ride inside, the trainer isn't cutting it.
