    you can unseat the bead on the tire (not recommended if you dont have a good way to get the bead back on) or you can take out the valve core (a pair of needle nose pliers should do the trick)

    Those look like a rip of the Specialized bibs. 4 pockets and the whole works. IDK about chamois padding, it seems to not really matter at the 3+hour mark.

    I think it's orange seal or whatever is used at the Bike Surgeon. Just make sure you don't mix sealants, it doesn't work well.

    Carbon soled shoes. I used to get foot pain when riding the plastic shoes. Since moving to carbon, everything got better.
