People who are new to hiking and have no business hiking on rugged trails have to be rescued all the time because they chose to hike down a rugged trail.
You're right, but I'm sure there are some hardcore Strava folks who freak out about it.
I'm definitely NOT setting any records myself LOL
My goals are to beat my own records and just improve.
Do you really need Lycra to be a serious cyclist?
There are many people who do not want to wear the stuff we usually wear and sometimes, I think they get treated as people who are not as serious.

Saw a couple people road biking the other day around where I live.
One ride had a stick with a flag at the end attached to his bike where a vehicle passing would have to keep a distance from him or they would hit the flag.
Have any of you ever seen this before? Do you think it's a good idea...
