    In the winter months, do you typically slow down with your cycling routines? Or do you take advantage of the lack of bugs and heat and increase your rides? Or do you try to just do a lot of indoor trainer cycling? If so, do you ride on the trainer as much as you would outside when it's nice?

    Hey folks, My father passed away last week. I'm having a harder time with it than I would had thought. It was unexpected and hours after I begged him to let me take him to a doctor. I've been quiet here lately and that's why. I'll be back to my normal self soon. :)
