I've had to stop riding and ride out a tornado warning in an outhouse once

I hate wet due to the amount of damage it does to your drivetrain. From a physical perspective hot and humid is so exhausting.

I can handle hot and humid if there is shade. I stick to the rail trail for those days.

Two weeks ago on my Wisconsin tour, I endured a pouring rain at 48 degrees with a 15-20 mph headwind. That was the longest 65 miles I had ever ridden.
