Many of us get different electrolytes, gels, chews, and bars for cycling nutrition and fuel.

If you're one of them, what ones do you get?

I like Black Cherry Cliff Blocks with Caffeine for chews, Jet Blackberry GU for gels, Powerbar 5 Electrolyte Tabs for hydration, Kate's real food mini bars for carb bars. Kate's bars are the best I've found that I can actually eat.

How about you all?

I make high carb lemonade for my bottles (water, 1/2 lemon, 60-90 grams of sugar, and a tablespoon of salt), then i like cliff blocks when its not cold out.

Interesting on the lemonade. That seems to work pretty well?

For me the lemon is just there for flavor. The 90g of carbs and salt keep me fueled for my rides.
I'm not a big fan of lemonade, but I could get some of those fruity drink mixers from Walmart. Powder things. The energy ones might be good.
