Depends on the day and the goal of the day. During long days out, it's a focus on HR. If I have a specific goal in mind, it's often power. If it's just a fun ride with my wife or friends, just vibes, but there better be a stop included with caffeine and carbs.

Well when I ride on HR, i try to lock in at around 135-150BPM. Something I can still talk through, but I'm still pushing on the pedals (essentially my all-day pace).
