What roads need a shoulder?

What roads in Southern Illinois need better shoulders to accommodate cyclists?

I say Giant City Road from Carbondale to the state park needs shoulders on both sides that are suitable for cyclists.

Giant City Road, 148 would be nice. I catch a lot of problems from drivers on there.

148 definitely needs them. Highway 37 south could use them as well. 145, 146, and 147, too!
